The living room is very spacious, with two voids providing a height of nearly 7 meters. There is room for multiple sitting areas and a large dining table. All the sliding doors of the living room are folding doors, providing seamless indoor – outdoor transitions and bringing the outside into your home. At the entrance there is guest toilet/ powder room.

In the basement is a cinema room, a pantry with wine cellar, a hammam, a small gym and a washing room. There is natural light coming through a patio (internal garden). The rooftop has a terrace with great views. It has a lounge area with high quality hifi installation. The cinema room could be used as an additional bedroom.

Because the walls are made of EPS, which is a very high isolating material, there is limited energy needed for cooling and warming the house. It’s mostly self-supporting thanks to a high number of solar panels and efficient hot & cold water distribution. Also, rainwater will be captured and reused for the garden. All the water inside the house will be filtered against calcium and the kitchen will have tap water with osmosis treatment. The parking has a charger for electric or hybrid cars. There is no chlorine in the (very large) swimming pool. This fabulous villa is future proof!

The villa is located at the 24/7 gated community of Can Furnet, a green oasis and perfect location on the island. It is close to Ibiza town, Ibiza Airport, Talamanca Beach, Ibiza Golf and Jesus.
