Royal Estates was founded on a simple idea: that great real estate is built on personal relationships, deep local knowledge and a relentless commitment to quality. From an apartment in Lisbon to a finca in the hills of Ibiza, we curate properties we’d be proud to call home ourselves.
Today we operate offices in Ibiza and Dubai and develop our own residential projects across the Balearic Islands, giving our clients access to opportunities long before they ever reach the open market.

Our story
Started on Ibiza, built on referrals.
What began as a single office on Ibiza grew quietly, one happy client at a time. We were never interested in being the biggest agency on the island; we wanted to be the one our clients trusted enough to recommend to their best friends.
Over the years we expanded into development, launching boutique residential projects designed around the Mediterranean way of living. Today we sell across Spain, Portugal, Austria and the UAE, but the way we work hasn’t changed: small teams, long relationships, and an obsession with the details.
