Can Paz - 5 Bedrooms & 3 Bathrooms

Can Paz is a recently renovated finca that used to produce olive oil. The house is situated on the hill in the village of Can Tomas and is surrounded by greenery and fruit trees.

The villages of San Rafael, Santa Gertrudis and Santa Agnes are within 5-10 minutes drive. The nearest beaches are Cala Gracio and Cala Salada. This villa is also close to the famous beaches of Cala Conta and Cala Bassa. This side of the island is known for its beautiful sunsets,

The house has five bedrooms and can accommodate 10 people. In the main house there are 2 bedrooms, which shares one bathroom. The other three bedrooms are accessible via separate entrances on the outside. One of these bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom, the other two bedrooms share one big bathroom. All bedrooms have air conditioning.

The living room has two comfortable sofas, a large dining table and a fireplace. There is a Playstation 3, an Apple TV and a Sonos sound system. The luxury kitchen is equipped with all modern conveniences such as a dishwasher, a juicer and a separate refrigerator for drinks. There is also air conditioning and underfloor heating throughout the entire house for the colder days.

Outside you will find several terraces divided over the beautifully maintained garden. There is a swimming pool (heated at an extra charge) and lovely sun beds. There is a real pizza oven and barbecue, a terrace where you can have lunch in the shade and several terraces where you can relax.

The children have also been thought of with a play corner in the garden with playhouse and slide, they can play here in the shade thanks to 2 large trees.

The finca has been completely renovated without losing sight of authenticity. The villa breathes the wonderful Ibiza feeling that will make you have a fantastic time with friends or the family.
