During an extensive interview, we establish the search criteria with you. Do you prefer a luxury holiday villa near the beach, a traditional finca in the campo as a second home or a flat for permanent residence in the city? Other search criteria are for example: budget, personal taste, style & lifestyle, location and number of bedrooms.
2. Market scan
After compiling a comprehensive list of your wishes and requirements, we perform a market scan based on these criteria using the latest software technologies to screen all (offline) and online portals, real estate websites, auction sites and local contacts.
3. Shortlist & voorstel
Na de marktscan wordt een longlist gefilterd naar een shortlist. Jij als onze klant kunt deze shortlist online bekijken en je opmerkingen toevoegen. We bespreken de lijst uitvoerig om tot 5-10 woningen te komen die aan je eisen voldoen. Je wordt uitgenodigd om naar Ibiza te komen om de woningen te bekijken.
4. Viewings
Prior to the visit, we efficiently schedule viewings of the selected properties and prepare the necessary paperwork. At the end of the days, we evaluate all viewings. Our team of lawyers, architects and financial experts are ready to answer any questions so that we can take the next steps.
5. Negotiations
Once we have found your dream home together, we will help you during the negotiation process. Our lawyers will check the legal documents to make sure there are no hidden surprises. Once your offer is accepted, we will accompany you until you have the keys in your hands. If you did not find the right property the first time, we will start the process again with a second selection and viewing of the property. Remember, we are here for you, so take as much time as you need.
6. Excellent after-sales service
