Senior Real Estate Agent Ibiza

Royal Estates is seeking an experienced and motivated Luxury Real Estate Agent to join our dynamic team in Ibiza. In this role, you will guide high-net-worth clients through the process of buying, selling, or renting exclusive properties. You’ll represent Royal Estates with professionalism, providing bespoke solutions and building long-term relationships based on trust, discretion, and exceptional service.

• Manage and expand a portfolio of luxury properties across Ibiza.
• Advise clients on market trends, investment opportunities, and property values.
• Conduct property viewings and negotiations with professionalism and care.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with a multilingual, international clientele.
• Collaborate with the Royal Estates team to deliver seamless end-to-end service.

• Proven experience in real estate sales, preferably in the luxury segment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Strong negotiation, networking, and communication skills.
• Fluency in English; additional languages such as Spanish or German are highly valued.
• Passion for real estate and deep knowledge of the Ibiza property market.
