Internship February 2026

For our brand-new, fully renovated office in Ibiza, we are looking for an ambitious intern to join our boutique real estate agency, where quality, attention and personal service are key.

In addition to our Ibiza office, we operate offices in Dubai and Mallorca. During your internship, you will support not only the Ibiza team but also collaborate with and assist our teams in these international locations.

What makes this internship unique is that we are not only a real estate agency, but also an active property developer. We are currently developing approximately 15 of our own villas, all in different phases of construction. This gives you a rare opportunity to gain real insight into the full development process, from concept to completion.

• Supporting the real estate team in Ibiza and, when needed, in Mallorca and Dubai
• Assisting during property viewings
• Conducting market research and analysis
• Contributing strategically to marketing and growth initiatives
• Supporting social media, newsletters and other marketing activities
• Preparing reports for homeowners and investors
• Coordinating and developing property content (liaising with photographers and videographers, planning and supervision)
• Assisting in the organisation of events together with the office manager

• A proactive and independent HBO/WO-level student
• Strong interest in real estate, marketing and entrepreneurship
• Strategic mindset with attention to detail
• Excellent command of English (Spanish is a plus)
• We are looking for someone available for a minimum of 4–5 months

• Internship at a high-end boutique real estate agency
• Hands-on experience in both brokerage and project development
• International exposure
