During this exclusive trip, you will visit a curated selection of top developers and gain clear insight into different real estate strategies, including off-plan and ready properties, investments focused on returns, and purchases for personal use. The program includes a visit to the Dutch Business Council in Dubai, high-quality lunches, dinners, and activities, as well as sufficient free time for relaxation and networking. We work with a small group to keep the experience personal and substantive. The goal is simple: to let you experience on site where you invest, with direct access to developers, projects, and the Dutch business network in Dubai.

What’s included?

The investment contribution for this real estate trip is €4,250. If you proceed with a property purchase through us, this amount will be fully deducted from the purchase price. The trip includes a return flight with Emirates from Schiphol, accommodation in a 5-star hotel on Palm Jumeirah, all transfers within Dubai, breakfasts, lunches, and dinners as outlined in the program, as well as all activities and experiences. You will also have direct access to developers and relevant business institutions, with full guidance provided by our team throughout the trip. Personal expenses and Business or First Class flights are not included, but upgrades are available at an additional cost.
