Villa Teresa is a beautiful and spacious villa with a large garden overlooking the sea.

The surface of the villa is 450m2 on a plot of 10.000m2 and is located in Es Cubells, on the west side of the island. The village of San Jose is a 5 minute drive away and the nearest beaches such as Es Cubells are 3-4 km away. The village of Es Cubells is easy to calculate within about 8 minutes.

This villa has high quality standards and exudes luxury. In the living room on the ground floor is a large dining table for 8-10 people. From here you have access to the spacious terrace outside.

On the ground floor there are 3 bedrooms, 1 bedroom has a double bed (180×200) and a private bathroom with shower and toilet. The 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds (90×200) and access to the terrace. This room is connected to a smaller bedroom with a small double bed (120×200), a kind of sofa bed. In the villa there are several rooms where you can relax.

From the fully equipped kitchen you can reach the first floor, here you will find the master bedroom. The master bedroom is equipped with a bathroom with large bathtub and has its own access to a terrace. On this floor there is also a sitting area in Moroccan style with haima carpet and cushions. Here is also a small corner with books and games. The pool is 15×6 meters.
