The villa includes two living areas and a storage level in the basement.

The open kitchen and main living room connect directly to the outdoor dining terrace, where the boundary between inside and outside dissolves. Long summer evenings unfold naturally here, complemented by a Sonos sound system, a heat pump, underfloor heating and air conditioning throughout the home.

Outside, the design continues the architectural language with spaces arranged across several levels for privacy, shade and sun. The saltwater pool is surrounded by a wide timber deck bordered by palms and grasses. Nearby, a sunken lounge in concrete with a full outdoor kitchen and barbecue forms a sheltered gathering place just steps from the living room. The main dining terrace sits slightly higher, offering panoramic views that turn every dinner into a sunset experience. Further in the garden, a flat lawn provides space for play and relaxation.

Villa Moli is a five minute walk from Cala Moli and close to Cala Vadella, Cala Tarida and Cala dHort.
