The location of this house is unique and very practical. With a five-minute walk you are on the beach of Talamanca. Restaurants in this area are open all year round and only a few minutes’ walk away. The harbour of Botafoc is a tw0-minute walk and in less than ten 5 minutes you can be in Ibiza town by car.
