This great luxury villa is located in Es Cubells, in the south of Ibiza and offers fantastic views of the sea and Formentera. Within a 10 minute drive you will reach Cala Jondal and within a 20 minute drive you will find the centre of Ibiza town.

The villa has been completely renovated, has a luxurious modern interior and because of the large windows you can enjoy a beautiful view from every room. The living room has a large sofa, a fireplace and a dining table. The modern luxury kitchen is fully equipped with all modern comforts.

Villa Flore can accommodate 12 people in six bedrooms.

On the first floor is a bedroom with a double bed, a double dressing room and 2 large private terraces. The bathroom is made of marble and has a bath, a walk-in shower and a toilet.

On the first floor there is also bedroom number 2, this bedroom has a double bed, a private terrace and a bathroom with a bath and toilet.

The third bedroom is located on the ground floor with a double bed, a double dressing room and a bathroom with a bath, a walk-in shower and a toilet. This room has access to a large private terrace. Bedrooms 4, 5 and 6 are also located on the ground floor, all 3 have a double bed and a private bathroom.

Outside there is a lovely infinity pool with large sun beds all around, an outdoor bar, a large dining table, a BBQ and various seating areas. The villa has its own access to the sea with berth for large boats. There are 2 garages and there is room enough space to park 5 cars on the fenced plot.
