The villa has 4 double rooms, 1 of these rooms is located downstairs in a separate guest apartment. A private pool as well as a BBQ area and high speed fibreoptics are there to make your stay as comfortable as possible. There is a huge outdoor area with seven sunny terraces to enjoy incredible views over the sea, the salt pools of Las Salinas and the neighbour island Formentera.

This three split-level villa has been built in a traditional Ibicenco/modern style and has everything to make you feel at home. As you first enter the villa, you are welcomed into the lounge, which is complete with a comfortable sofa, modern fireplace, and TV area. Enjoy inside dining in the spacious dining area, which opens to the adjoining outside/pool area and outdoor lunch/dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, toaster, and kettle and all the appliances you need. Adjoined to the kitchen is big pantry/storage room with dishwasher and washing machine.

Upstairs from the living area on the top floor, you will find three of the villa’s four bedrooms. The master bedroom, complete with a modern en-suite bathroom and air-conditioning which opens into its private terrace/lounge where you will have an incredible view over the sea.

On the same floor are another two air-conditioned bedrooms – a double and a twin room as well as a separate, modern bathroom. Downstairs from the living room is an extra apartment, which is accessible via a separate entrance from outside. This area has a double bedroom, a new bathroom, and a lounge with a fireplace for those cozy winter evenings.
The pool area has direct access from the kitchen and dining area and benefits from sunshine all day long. Next to the pool is another terrace on a slightly higher level with a fantastic space to entertain your guests, have a BBQ or even make it into a dance floor. The kitchen leads directly to the outside area, where alfresco dining is a must! Enjoy a breakfast in the sunshine or an intimate dinner by the pool where a magical atmosphere is created through subtle ambience lighting throughout the gardens.
