This completely renovated farmhouse is located on top of a mountain in the west of Ibiza, near the beaches of Cala Salada and Cala Gracio.

The villa is fully furnished in the traditional Ibicenco style with an eye for detail and modern comfort. The thick walls of the villa are still in original condition and completely soundproofed. The beams in the ceiling give a pleasant homely atmosphere. The living room has a sofa, a fireplace and a large dining table. The traditional kitchen is equipped with all modern conveniences. There is a separate room which can be used for yoga or relaxation.

In total there are six bedrooms and five bathrooms. The first two bedrooms are on the ground floor and share one bathroom. The master bedroom is located in the tower and has an en-suite bathroom, an office and a private terrace. Inside is a studio created with one bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The last two bedrooms have their own entrance outside. Both bedrooms have a bathroom en-suite.

In the lovely large garden you can enjoy yourself around the infinity pool with plenty of sun beds or under the roof with large dining table and outdoor kitchen. The outdoor kitchen is fully equipped, there is even a dishwasher here.

From the beautiful large garden you have a panoramic view over the valley, the sea and the bay of San Antonio. At the backside of the house is also a covered terrace, from here you have a country view.
On both terraces are Sonos speakers present.
