Villa Familia is a family-friendly house located on the east-side of the island between the lovely village of Santa Gertrudis and Cala Llonga. Ibiza Town is only 15 minutes away and the airport is 20 minutes away.

The villa is split over 3 levels. There is a large open plan living space at the round level, with fireplace, dining area (seats 12) and a desk/work area. French doors open up to the pool. The 4 bedrooms are all equipped with private bathrooms and are spread over the floors.

The kitchen is contemporary and fully equipped with hob/oven, microwave, dishwasher and American style fridge. There is a separate laundry room with all appliances.

The villa is surrounded by large gardens with beautiful lawns, terraced areas and mature trees. Down by the pool area there is large pergola designed for perfect outdoor living, with BBQ area and a fully equipped kitchenette with fridge, dishwasher and ice machine, ready to serve dinner for 12 persons. It also offers a comfy chill out area with great views. There are comfortable sun loungers on the terrace by the pool which is 10 x 4.5 metres. The pool is solar heated and can be fenced for children.
