In the West of Ibiza near the famous beaches of Cala Tarida, Port des Torrent and Cala Jondal is this modern villa located with beautiful views over the bay of San Antonio. The village of San Jose is only a 5 minute drive away and Ibiza town a 15 minute drive away.

The large living room with fireplace gives access to the spacious terrace. From this square room you have spectacular views of the hills around the villa with olive trees and almond orchards.

The Poliform design dining room, leads to a covered terrace with two armchairs, ideal for quietly reading a book or enjoying a cocktail at sunset. The other side leads to the stainless steel kitchen which is equipped with professional quality appliances.

There are six bedrooms, two of which have en-suite bathrooms, a private balcony and walk-in closet, 1 of which is the master bedroom with a 2-person rain shower which overlooks a private terrace with incredible views of the surrounding hills and harbour. Bedroom 2 with private terrace, has a slate en-suite bathroom with large windows, giving you an outdoor shower experience. Bedrooms 3 and 4 share a bathroom. Bedrooms 5 and 6 are on the lower floor and also share a bathroom.

The dining area in the garden overlooks the pool, there is a dining table of 3.5m long and a double BBQ.
The pool is 12×4.5 meters and can be heated on request.
