The villa is located in one of the best areas of Majorca, 5 minutes from the portals of Puerto, with the best restaurants and stores, 5 minutes from Palma City and 15 minutes from the airport. At the entrance to the urbanization – residential area is a small sandy beach and a few kilometers away are the beaches of Illetas, Portals, El Mago,…The orientation of the villa is south-west, has sun all day, with frontal sunset.

The villa has 3 floors. One of them is a private spa of 75 m2 with jacuzzi with nitrogen therapy and cervical massage jet and with water at 37 degrees always. The spa also features a Turkish bath, heated beds, massage shower, relaxation area, TV and gym. The house has 2 living rooms with satellite TV, 4 double bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, large porches and terraces, a chlorine-free swimming pool, garden and south-west orientation (sunset in front of the house). Views include the real Bendinat golf course, the sea, the portals and the mountains. The pool is heated from April to September.
