Finca 34 - 4 Bedrooms & 4 Bathrooms

Finca 34 is centrally located, close to the beautiful town of Santa Gertrudis and on a 15-minute drive to Ibiza Town. On a 5-minute walk you reach a popular Fruteria and within a 15-minute walk you reach Santa Gertrudis. The whole plot is surrounded by an old stone wall.

Finca 34 is a perfect family home, offering a warm and friendly atmosphere and making you feel instantly at home. The main house has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms that can accommodate 8 people. There is a large kitchen and living room. There is a BBQ area with traditional wood fired BBQ and gas BBQ and large table seating of 16. There are four bedrooms and three bathrooms in the guesthouse, which can accommodate a total of 8 people.

There is a small self-contained casita, which is not included in the house rental. The caretaker lives there and is available on a directly paid basis to do babysitting, cleaning, driving, shopping and simple meal prep.

If guests do not wish to have the caretaker living on the property, the casita can be rented in addition to the main house.
