Farmhouse II is located in the hills of Sant Agusti des Vedra on Ibiza’s west coast. Set on an elevated plot of more than 15,500 m², the property enjoys uninterrupted views across the sea and the surrounding landscape. The village of San Jose and the beaches of Cala Comte and Cala Bassa are all within easy reach, while the setting offers privacy without feeling isolated.

The architecture reinterprets traditional Ibizan design through a contemporary lens. White rendered volumes are combined with natural stone, wood and large expanses of glazing, creating a restrained palette that sits comfortably within the landscape. Throughout the house, floor to ceiling windows and sliding doors draw daylight into the interiors while opening onto the terraces and gardens.

The main residence offers approximately 370 m² of living space, arranged on a single level. At the centre of the house is a 96 m² living room with floor to ceiling sliding doors that extend the living space outdoors. The adjoining 42 m² kitchen follows the same open layout and connects directly with the terraces, making the outdoor spaces a natural extension of the home.

The accommodation is arranged between the main residence and a separate annex of approximately 60 m². The annex provides additional space for family, guests or staff while allowing both buildings to function independently. Large openings and the same material palette create a consistent feel throughout the property.

The grounds extend across more than 15,500 m² and are organised around a series of terraces, lawns and Mediterranean planting. Natural stone walls follow the contours of the site, creating different outdoor spaces while preserving the open views. Positioned on the western side of the property, the 87 m² swimming pool looks out across the sea and surrounding hills, making full use of the property’s elevated position.
