Casa Rosita is a beautiful spacious and charming finca located in the middle of the island. The finca is located on the countryside and has beautiful views over de authentic windmill. The living village of Santa Gertrudis, with several terraces and shops is on a 10-minute drive. Ibiza Town is on a 20-minute drive. This finca is perfect for larger groups, families or retreats.

With both outside some yoga-platforms and inside a yoga area which can be heated on request, this is a perfect home for yoga lovers. If you come with children then the pool can be fenced off by a fence. From the kitchen there is direct access to thee lovely pool with barbecue. The villa has a fully equipped kitchen and a lovely swimming pool (7x5m) surrounded by several relax areas.

The main house has 6 bedrooms and offers place for 12 people, there are 4 bathrooms here. The bedrooms are divided over the finca, one of them has an external entrance. In the garden there is a casita with a living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.
