Casa Nicky - 6 Bedrooms & 4 Bathrooms

Casa Nicky is a tastefully decorated villa located in the south-east of Ibiza, between Ibiza town and Santa Eularia.

The living room has a cozy sitting area, a fireplace and is tastefully decorated. The kitchen is equipped with all modern conveniences. There is a large dining table both inside and outside under the cozy roof.

The villa has 6 bedrooms in total. Four bedrooms are located on the ground floor where three bedrooms share 1 bathroom, the fourth bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. From outside you can reach the 5th bedroom, which also has an en-suite bathroom.

The first floor can be reached via a staircase from the living room, here you will find the master bedroom.
The master bedroom has a large bathroom en-suite and a private terrace. On this terrace are 2 sun beds and a seating area created. All bedrooms are air conditioned.

Around the large pool are plenty of sun beds and is a cozy sitting area. Under the canopy at the house is the large dining table and a lovely sitting area overlooking the beautiful green garden.
