Casa Masia is a beautiful old finca, surrounded by countryside and has a large private area with many fruit trees. The finca is located near the lively town of Santa Eularia.
The very modern and minimalist kitchen with cooking island is fully equipped. From the spacious dining room with patio doors to the veranda you have access to all other rooms. There are six very comfortable bedrooms, all with a double bed and en-suite bathroom, one of them with a bathtub. One bedroom has its own entrance which can be reached from the outside. All bedrooms are air conditioned.
The thick walls and small windows combined with glass doors and glass ceiling elements ensure that the house feels light and exudes luxury. In the house are many authentic details to be found which makes the villa an attractive holiday home.
Outside, next to the large saltwater pool (5 x 20m), there is a sun terrace with 10 sun beds and a covered veranda with a dining table for 12 people.
