Casa 16 - 5 Bedrooms & 4 Bathrooms

This typical Spanish villa is built against a mountain. The villa is located on the east side of Ibiza, close to the beach of Cala Llonga and 5 km away from the lively village of Santa Eularia with a great boulevard. Ibiza town can be reached in a short 15-minute drive.

The villa has different floors. The living room is on the ground floor with a large sofa and a fireplace. From the living room you can reach the partially covered terrace through the sliding doors. There is a dining area with a large table and the half open kitchen is equipped with all modern conveniences.
In the basement there is a ‘mancave’ where you can play pool or play table football while enjoying a drink.

Casa 16 offers space for up to 10 people. On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms that share 1 bathroom. On the first floor is a bedroom with bathroom en-suite and a private terrace.
Bedroom 4 and 5 have their own entrance and private bathroom.

Outside you will find a covered outdoor kitchen with barbecue and dining table, the kidney-shaped swimming pool heated with solar panels, an outdoor shower and plenty of sun beds.
