Can Siesta is a beautiful and tranquil retreat located in Siesta, a peaceful urbanization surrounded by greenery. While conveniently close to shops, restaurants, and hotels, it remains a hidden gem offering privacy and relaxation. The house is just a short 3-minute walk to the beach, where a charming little hut awaits.

This spacious home accommodates up to 8 guests (excluding children up to 3 years old) and features four comfortable bedrooms, each furnished with a luxurious 180×200 cm double bed. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and have direct terrace access, with one bedroom also offering a separate entrance and an ensuite bathroom. A baby bed can be arranged in the master bedroom upon request.

Can Siesta includes four bathrooms: one with a shower and bathtub, two with showers, and a guest toilet with a basin. The master bedroom boasts an ensuite bathroom with both a shower and a bathtub for added comfort.

Designed for an effortless stay, the house is all on one floor, making it exceptionally child-friendly. The long, gently sloping pool with flat stairs provides easy access, and guests can relax on the spacious daybed or sunbeds. The outdoor area is perfect for gatherings, with a large dining table ideal for leisurely lunches and dinners.

Inside, the loft-style living room features large windows that flood the space with natural light. A fireplace adds a cozy touch for cooler evenings. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances, including induction plates, a Bora Bora extraction hood, a microwave, an oven, a dishwasher, a freezer, a coffee machine, and a blender. A washing machine, clothes dryer, and ironing board are also available for convenience.

Guests can enjoy modern amenities such as TVs in three bedrooms, high-speed Internet/WiFi throughout the house, and central heating with air conditioning that also provides heating. The house is secured with a safe box, an alarm system, and a gated fence. The rooftop garden offers stunning sea views.

For outdoor cooking, a gas BBQ is located next to the terrace. The property also provides fresh tap water through a filtration system.

The house spans 209m² on an 800m² plot, with an 11x3m swimming pool. Essential amenities are within easy reach, with a bakery, supermarket, and restaurant just 150m away. The beach is 300m from the house, while Ibiza Town is 15km away, and the airport is a 17km drive.
