Villa Essence was built with three characteristics: It’s modern architecture, luxury finishes and impressive lighting design.

The construction of this villa took 14 months. All details were carefully designed. The challenge of Villa Essence was the plot gradient, consolidating the land and also all the details in natural marble that were hand made specially for the house, including the washbasins that were done in one piece carved marble. This modern villa features many amenities including a complete outdoor kitchen, an elevator to all interior floors, landscaped gardens, and an exclusive indoor garage for 4 cars.At the lower lever there is still an extra space to develop following the client wishes (extra bedroom, gym, health area, cinema ecc.).
