Villa Julia is a spacious and authentic country house with 5 bedrooms. The house is hundreds of years old and has many typical characteristics. The house is quietly located and within walking distance of the village of Es Cubells. From the house you can enjoy a breathtaking panoramic view of the sea.
The property is fully fenced and from the pool you have a view of the sea. Furthermore, there is a large outdoor kitchen where you can dine outside with up to 14 people, as well as several seating and lounge areas.
In the main house there are two floors and you will find four bedrooms and three bathrooms, a large living room and a modern, fully equipped kitchen with dining area.
On the top floor and next to the bedroom there is another living room with pool table and covered seating. Finally, there is a guest room with bathroom in the garden which has a separate entrance. All bedrooms are air conditioned.
