Comprehensive Interview
During a comprehensive interview, we gather your wishes and needs for your dream villa. Do you prefer a luxury vacation villa near the beach, a traditional finca in the countryside as a second home, or an apartment for permanent residence in the city? Other search criteria include budget, personal taste, style & lifestyle, location, and the number of bedrooms.
Market Scan
After compiling a detailed list of your requirements, we conduct a market scan based on these criteria using the latest software technologies. We screen all (offline and online) portals, real estate websites, auction sites, bank foreclosures, and local contacts.
Shortlist & Proposal
Following the market scan, we create a shortlist of 20 properties that meet your criteria. As our client, you can view this shortlist online and add your comments. We’ll also discuss the list in a phone call or via email to narrow it down to 5-10 properties that match your preferences. You will then be invited to Ibiza to view these properties.
Viewings
Before your visit, we efficiently schedule viewings of the selected properties and prepare the necessary paperwork. Upon arrival, we’ll pick you up from the airport, offer you a drink—bubbly or non-bubbly—and drive you in style to the properties. At the end of the day, we’ll have a brief recap of the different properties. Our team of lawyers, architects, and financial experts is ready to answer any questions you might have so you can take the next steps.
Assistance with Negotiations
If you’re interested in a particular property, we assist you during the negotiation process. Our lawyers review the legal documents to ensure there are no hidden surprises. Once your offer is accepted, we guide you until you have the keys in hand. If you don’t find the right property on your first visit, we restart the process with a new selection and viewing. Remember, we’re here for you, so take as much time as you need.
